All is Beauty
and EVERYTHING is a coming and going between opposite polarities.
What you can let Go is the way you relate to this vital engine which is the Bi-polarity of the Existence. And, therefore, what you have to find within yourself is the right attitude for every occasion that involves you and which can be in one way or its opposite: this is to always BE in the position of balanced CENTER of your SELF and nothing else. In this position, it will be easy and possible for you to observe Reality without being attracted to either side, and this helps to keep you FIRM in yourself and nothing more.
So you can consider letting go of everything that prevents and divides you from being able to take this privileged opportunity to center yourself in your SELF and CHOOSE to keep it for the longest and most stable time possible.
This is what you can do, in terms of resolving the CONFLICT that you carry within you, not as a defect but as the mirror of what Exists and permeates everything in the Sensitive Reality in which you Relationship and Exist. Your Existence is a manifestation itself of what ALL IS, and so is yourself, in everything, COMPLETE and PERFECT WHOLENESS, just as you are, conflict included!
Now in-clude it within yourself and execute it.

Tutto è Bellezza
e TUTTO è costante andirivieni tra le polarità opposte.
Ciò che puoi lasciare Andare è la modalità con cui ti relazioni rispetto questo motore vitale che è la Bi-polarità dell’Esistenza. E, quindi, quello che devi trovare dentro di te è l’atteggiamento giusto per ogni occasione che ti coinvolge e che può essere in un modo oppure del suo opposto: questo è quello di ESSERE, sempre, nella posizione di equilibrato CENTRO del tuo SE e null’altro. In tale posizione, ti sarà facile e possibile osservare la Realtà senza essere attratta da nessuno dei due lati, e questo contribuisce a mantenerti SALDA in TE stessa e nulla più.
Quindi puoi considerare di lasciar andare tutto ciò che ti impedisce e divide dal poter prendere questa privilegiata opportunità di centratura nel tuo IO e SCEGLIERE di mantenerla per il tempo più lungo e stabile possibile.
Questo è ciò che puoi fare, in termini di risoluzione del CONFLITTO che ti porti dentro, non come un difetto bensì come lo specchio di ciò che Esiste e tutto permea nella Realtà Sensibile in cui ti Relazioni ed Esisti. La tua Esistenza è essa stessa manifestazione di ciò che TUTTO È, e così anche te stessa, in tutto e per tutto, PIENEZZA COMPLETA e PERFETTA, così come sei, conflittualità inclusa!
